At Skin Ever Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Return/Exchange policy
- Product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 day mark any request would not be catered. The product should be in it’s original packaging and unused.
- In case of damaged parcel, please contact us through our helpline, email or any of our socials immediately after receiving the parcel. Make sure to keep the security flyer and receipt intact as it would be needed for verification along with your order number.
We will either replace the parcel or send you a full refund.
When Returns Are Accepted:
You are eligible to request a return if:

You receive incorrect, expired, or damaged products.

Your order is incomplete.
Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your parcel by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0305-4916491.
Unfortunately, complaints received after this timeframe will not be entertained.
Return Process:
Once you reach out, our customer care team will respond within 24 hours to verify your complaint. If valid, we will issue a shipping label for the return.
Refund Process:
For refund requests, please email us at skinever.com.pk@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. Upon inspection, you will be informed whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded through your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make things right.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your current item once approved and place a new order separately.
